Tech Article 9/30

There are rumors spreading form Apple that they may discontinue the more outdated versions of ipods to make way for the newer versions. In my opinion i think it's a good idea because when a newer version comes out more people will buy that anyways. Like the old saying out with the old and in with the new.

Weekend 9/24-9/25

My weekend started off okay. I went to the Hights .vs. Wood-ridge game on Friday and Wood-Ridge lost :(. On Saturday I just walked around with friends that i haven't seen in a while. That day was boring. But Sunday I found out my family and I are going to Hershey Park!!!! I go every year but this time around we are staying at a fancy hotel called the Hershey Lodge. I am really excited to go this year. I can't wait!!!

Tech article for 9/23

The Kindle is taking their product to a whole new level. They are releasing more kindle books to more then 1100 libraries around the country. About 67% of libraries have e-book access. this went up 12%. They are not currently in libraries because they haven't found a business model that they feel comfortable with yet. This change is being made to compete with the nooks, Sony readers, etc.

What I think about Fall

When I think of Fall I think of Halloween. But to me Halloween isn't just a holiday, it's my birthday. Having my birthday on Halloween is so much fun because I can hang out with my friends all day and just walk around. I can see everyone from around town. It's also the most beautiful time of year because the leaves are just changing color, it's not too hot or too cold. The weather is perfect! Just hearing the scary music and seeing all the houses spooky.. I love it!

First Post!!!

Hi I'm Amanda, I'm 14 years old and a freshman. My birthday is October 31st and I have a mom dad and 2 older brothers. This is my first time going to WR and i went to my old school for 10 years and it's a BIG change. I did recreation cheerleading in WR for 8 years. I dont play any sports but i dont mind watching them. I like to walk around my town and hang out with my friends. I can't wait to see what this year will bring and I hope its a great year!!
