Videos can be reappear once your phone is plugged into a computer and pictures can be snapshotted onto any smartphone. Also, the app has been used by the company to track an android user and download an iphone user's entire contact list. On thursday, snapchat has settled charges and updated their privacy policy to be more honest with users.
